Going on 430+ days... Question

I was in step 5 PFD with TJ in Waco. I got kicked back to step 3. My question pertains to when I move back out of step 3 and into the decision phases. Do claims with more days since initiating get looked at first when you move forward, or is it back of the line and wait your turn again? Had multiple C&P exams for ears, neck/back, hearing, etc. with a ton of evidence from private practices while I was still active (remote location so had to use private practice docs which was great because the records are so robust with diagnosis codes and commentary). Just wondering what the que looks like for older claims. Thanks!
