Recommendation of budget/beginner camera?

Hello guys, I got into taking pictures alot, for now only with my phone, and I think it may be time to buy my first camera. Im absolutely new to this, although I think I know some basics, but definitely something simple to adjust and use. Thank you for all your recommendations guys

• Budget: Not important since it differs from country to country and I want to buy from second hand anyway. But something intro-level.
• Country: Czech Republic
• Condition: Preferably used
• Type of Camera: Mirrorless, DSLR
• Intended use: Photography
• If photography; what style: landscape, street, worsened light conditions, black and white
• If video what style: -
• Portability: The camera should be rather light and compact, good for traveling, not with any ginormous lens.
• Cameras you're considering: I was thinking about Nikon D3200 with 18-55 VR II, or Canon EOS 2000D with EF-S 18-55 mm, but im open to any other ideas.
