What does it mean to see an ‘off’ number?

The number 47 has a significant meaning in my life, and seeing it makes me feel hopeful. Recently, I’ve been looking for a new place, and for some reason the number 46 has been in a lot of the addresses of houses I’m looking at. I’m worried that seeing this is a sign that I’m ‘missing the mark’ since it’s so close to a meaningful number but just off. Is that worry legit? I’m curious about what other people think.
