High BUN Creat Ratio & ANC

Is a high level of BUN Creat Ratio (24) & high level of ANC (7.1) concerning ?

I have been having left sided abdominal tightness so I got a blood work up.

I just got blood results back & my hematologist has not called me so I am guessing it’s fine ?
