Resting heart rate at 105-110 when resting

I'm drinking alcohol and slightly anxious but for context I when I drink it's neve usally over 95 its usally between 80-95

It's it because I'm anxious about it's making it worse, I do have anxiety, is it anything to worry about, I also had a big meal and for some reason it makes me more anxious and makes my rate higher
