Downvotes for questions or opinions you do not like

Echo chambers are bad and having a physical reaction to perfectly innocuous words you simply do not like is really low intellect behavior. It feels like reddit conditions this behavior.

Surely you can have a conversation instead of just constantly trying to dunk on people?

Maybe reddit just is not for me anymore lol
