Is 21 too young to get a vasectomy?

I’m a 21y/o male and throughout my whole life I’ve never wanted kids. They’re cute and all but i just can’t see myself raising one of my own, especially from when they’re infants. The only thing i could really consider is maybe adopting a child in need of a home if i suddenly start wanting a child. A bit over a year ago i got together with my gf and during our year of dating I’ve found out that she feels the same when it comes to children. So because of this we’ve been talking about me getting a vasectomy as its a very simple and more permanent solution and makes it much less stressful regarding pregnancy scares and such. But I’m a bit apprehensive about it since I’m just 21 and you never know how you might change over the years. But at the same time I’ve heard that the younger you are the higher the chances of a vasectomy being successful. Ig I’m asking for Reddit’s opinions and maybe if someone else here got a vasectomy at a young age?
