Is my psychiatrist attracted to me?

I’m asking cuz yk I have hard time detecting someone’s intentions. So this may be long to read I’m just trying to give as much details as possible. First of all I’m a 20yo female and he’s in his thirties. I used to come to my appointments w my mum and he was dry,cold, very serious and lowkey unpleasant and mean. But ever since I started going by myself, his attitude completely changed like DRASTICALLY. He smiles a lot,he laughs,he smirks, he’s friendly, he lets me come late(I came an hour and a half late one day and he allowed it), last time I got uncomfortable because the way he was staring at me vas very intense he didn’t look away and the vibe was… weird. Idk how to explain it. He also notices everything for example that I wore concealer? How my skin was looking(he complimented it and when he did he leaned forward to look at it)If my demeanour is different. He also leaned forward to look at my necklace(I was wearing a décolleté that day)and asked me what it was when it was clearly a cross lmfao but whatever which leads me to my next point he wants to know everything abt me also why I like astrology and he called me once just to talk to me (we didn’t have an appointment or anything)he tells me things like I have potential or that he relates to me (he’s disturbed by changes as well). He also had a fresh haircut when I saw him. He also has a very soft voice when he talks to me can someone tell me what’s going on? Honestly I’m nervous for my next appointment cuz the way he stares at me disturbs me💀I also have a big intuition and something tells me he’s feeling me, but I just need confirmation cuz this is crazy to me
