Flairs in first trimester?

I was diagnosed with chronic reactivated EBV a few years ago. I worked with a naturopath to get things under control and felt okay for a little while. Now I am 7 weeks pregnant and feeling like I’m flaring. My throat is killing me and there’s white spots back there. Also feel feverish although I don’t have a fever and a general feeling of malaise at times. Does anyone have advice for what helped a flare up during their pregnancy? TIA
