Fist build

I’m at NG7 at 262 and I’ve gotten a bit bored of my heavy build. Imo one of the more fun weapons are fists. I have Iron Ball at max level but I haven’t max leveled dryleaf arts yet. I’ve also got some good talisman’s for fists. What else should I do to switch to a fist build?
