Will Toyoko still have Toyoko kids/Jirai wearers next year?

Bit of a weird question, will toyoko/kabukicho still be a hotspot for jiraikei next year? I plan on going to japan sometimes next year, and I'd love to meet other jirais ! I know no one can say for certain if they'll be there, I'm just worried I'll be too late since toyoko square is slightly tapering off in popularity.
