A while back I was auto banned from surveys by cpx after finishing a survey about a new electric Porsche coming out. The last question, would I ever consider buying it, I answered no, and they credited me +0 for a reward instead of the AB I should have received (atlas support looked into it too and credited me after).

Over several cpx support tickets and help requests it became apparent the emails they were sending in reply were all automated response (at first it didn't seem so, but sending a different request for a new ticket it emailed me the word-for-word reply I'd gotten weeks before as the initial and second response to another.

I'd been thorough enough in my evidence and certain that I hadn't done anything to deserve it. It was dumb. There was nothing atlas support could really do for me either, since the survey provider had locked me out (though I'm signed in through my Google account, linked to other apps with the same survey company; it wasnt my actual account that was locked and I could still do surveys from those outside of AE).

Anyway, I emailed cpx a final time after realizing no one was on the other side and it was something to the effect of "thanks but you're a furby". I can't remember. I got the auto reply and never opened the email. I've checked my surveys periodically and it always has the "unfortunately there's no surveys available at this time" sadface message. It's been months...

Today my survey account was unlocked. I just did one to make sure I could and got rewarded. So for those that have always said they were burned by surveys and it broke their chances at challenges and everything else, I post that it might...miiiight be better in a couple months. Or it might be better now. Idk.

Moral of the story is everything hates furbys.

I can do surveys again
