I've been playing since release and I see all these people with orange weapons posting all the time, how?

Like stashes full?

I've played hell exactly 3 times and got my shit rolled every single time easily.

Any tips? I feel like I'm at a NM block playing till I get purples then getting a shit team and losing it all
