Just saw a picture of myself... kinda wish masks were still a thing

So I don’t really take pictures of myself often, but after a long time, I decided to get one clicked by a friend. Now I can't stop thinking about how ugly I actually look in reality. The face I see in the mirror every day? Yeah, it's definitely not the same face that showed up in that picture. I genuinely felt like I was looking at a different person. Now I’m kinda wishing we could go back to COVID times when masks were mandatory. Life felt safer for my self-esteem back then, lol. I know the reason behind why we look different but it won't fade away my ugliness 💀
