Looking for a female roommate in Bushwick.

Hello! We are two females in our 30s, our roommate is moving out and we are looking for another woman to take over her room/lease. New roommate has to be clean, respectful, and considerate of others/noise level.

The room is $1,108 a month in a 3 bed/1.5 bath. Close to the L,J,M trains. Move in date is early April and the lease ends in August with options to renew.

Keep in mind that you have to meet requirements from the building manager and be approved prior to moving in. If interested please DM.
