Which came first? Jack or Donald?

Did Alec base his character off of Trump or did Trump steal Jack's character from 30 Rock? I think the former rather than the latter. It's uncanny. The way Trump dances. His ultra right demeanor? Trump is so much dumber than Jack but there are obvious similarities. I love that SNL picked Baldwin to do Trump. Payback is a bitch.
