What is the best game to shiny hunt Riolu?

I've heard of the safari in HGSS is good for guaranteeing encounters with Riolu. Also Riley's egg from Platinum is another method. Or maybe just simply Masuda Method breeding in Sword and Sheild with the shiny charm? I just want to know which method one has the best possible odds for finding shiny Riolu.
