Insurance is terrible anymore

Just received my insurance policy the other day and my rates went up 30% even though I have never used it. Called my broker to have them shop the rates and they got back to me that I have the best rate.

I love having an old home but man, these insurance providers are raking us.

I’m shopping it out myself to see where I stand. Are are of you having similar issues?
