Using iPad Pro M4 as an extended monitor question
Hi! I had been using a iPad Air M2 as a 2nd monitor with my MacBook Pro M3 Max. It was limited to a 60hz refresh rate. I recently replaced the iPad Air with an iPad M4 Pro. I was expecting to get 120hz pro-motion refresh rates while using it as a 2nd monitor but it seems like it's using 60hz just like the Air was.
Mind you, when I'm just using the iPad by itself it's certainly 120hz, no question. Just not when I'm using it as a 2nd monitor. I can't see any way to control this in the MacOS settings either. It only lets me change the refresh rate of the built in monitor. Is there no way to control this?
