I had been stockpiling handy candy for no particular goal at all, I have a team of normal L30+ ones I raised so I always have a basic meal on this island so didn't think I needed to rush to beef any up

it was L15 at catch level

this is now the second kept male squirtle, period, I release males for candy because the females are rarer in the main series games, the other kept male is the starter I started the game with
