Worth it or not

I submitted an application at the end of February for a job that was a lot more pay than what I'm currently getting. I was not expecting to even get an interview let alone get hired, but to my surprise I was. My original start date was March 3rd. I got a text message saying my start date would be delayed until the 10th and I was ok with that, things happen, but today yet again I received a text saying unfortunately my start date would be moved to the 31st because they don't have enough equipment to train or something like that. I don't know if I should just move on and start looking for something else or wait and see what happens with this job.
