In stock options

Does anyone maybe know the chances of a passport holder would still be be in stock in 3 weeks lol I’m going to the cafe and store in NYC for my birthday and the passport holder I want says in stock at the store. I’m hoping it still will by the time I get there. Also, if I purchase in store and get something hot stamped and maybe want a perfume, are they able to ship it to me? Thanks!
