Cost effective but well done extensions?

I want to get extensions, specifically wefts for my wedding, and I was planning to go to my usual hairstylist, but she raised her prices to $860 for just the hair alone and then 200-300 for installation. I really would like to save some money as I’ll be using these extensions even after the wedding. Does anyone have recommendations in Utah?
