Marriage Licence no Birth Surname

Other Civil Matters

Me and my wife just got our certified licenses, and realized that the surname on birth certificate was left blank. Her name was changed before getting married, so it is different from what is on the paper. Fake last names for example: Her last name before getting married was Baker, but when she was born, her last name was Jackson. Instead of Jackson being on the line, it was blank.

What can we do? Do we have to do everything all over again? Do we have to start an amendment? We're from Michigan
