Framing Online - Help!

Someone framed their picture online and needs to bring in their art for us to “audit” it. Two questions:

1. it provides a due date that is the same say it was ordered, which was yesterday. Since it’s now a different date than the due date says, will that count against our On Time metrics?
2. will the parts come in even if we haven’t gotten the customer’s art yet? Or do we have to “audit” the art and THEN the parts get shipped? I’ve talked with my SM and FM and they’re not entirely sure, either. Thanks!
