Laptop feels slower on updating to Windows 11

Laptop Specs i5 8th gen, 8gb ram, 500gb SSD

My laptop works pretty fast and smooth on win10. But on updating to win 11 it has become quite slower soecially the file explorer. Someone recommend to do a clean reinstall of windows 11 will that fix the issue ?
