How to play P layer?

i saw some videos on youtube but all of them is old, and they always have the prelude and act 1 with P rank. the thing is, i just got P rank on both Prelude and Act 1, but i can't enter on P layer, its not unlocked for me. do i need to p-rank every single level now from act 2 and the 7 layer from act 3 to get it?
