Questions on leveling up and story development!!

hihi !! sorry if this is annoying ive been looking everywhere for this info but i wanted to ask are we only allowed to go up 2 lvls a day ? im on lvl 46 ( i started playing a week ago) and to unlock the next i need to be on lvl 51 but ive only been able to go up 2 levels its taking so long 😭 also i havent unlocked sylus yet is that normal for my level?
