Standardized Testing Accountability

I teach my ass off every minute of every day yet my students did not perform well on the final benchmark. I’ve always had perfect observations and teach just like I do when I’m observed. I don’t understand what I am doing wrong. I want to crawl into a hole and give up. I swear the more I try the worse my scores are. My scores were the best my first two years of teaching (when I was absolutely clueless about testing and data analysis) and they have gone down hill since now that I spend hours a week analyzing students data and performance and creating my instruction based on that.

Anybody else feel like they try so hard but never see it reflected in their literacy scores?

Idk I just feel so discouraged
