4 months in, worried about sudden side effects...

So I'm 4 months in now. M, 51 y/o. SW was 124kgs, CW is 108.5kgs which has been amazing. Started in late November last year, 4 weeks on 2.5mg, 6 weeks on 5mg, 4 weeks on 7.5mg and did my first dose at 10mg four days ago. Have been hit with really bad GI side effects one day after starting 10mg. Last three days have been non stop constipation, cramps, abdominal pain, bloating, burping, farting, some heartburn and just generally feeling wrong 😐 It's like my body has just suddenly had enough of the MJ and is letting me know. So strange because all the way up to now the side effects have been mild, transient and tolerable. Really dreading the 2nd dose of 10mg this weekend! Anyone else had this sudden onset of side effects at 10mg? Don't want to stop here as my goal was to get to a CW of 90kgs but feeling disheartened now and worried the side effects might be something to be concerned about...
