A 23 yo's thanks to you all

Ideally I'm not supposed to be here as I dont fit in the 'teenagers' at all. But reddit suggested me a post from here yesterday and I read the title, then the post and then ended up reading 23 or so posts straight up.

First of all, I'm proud of you all youngsters for sparing thoughts on your mental health. You guys are way more mature than I was during me teens. And some are definitely more mature than I am at this age.

And ever since I've read your thoughts as posts and comments, I am ready to take action for the wellbeing of my deteriorating mental health.

I come from a small city - Pali, Raj. Genuinely kahu to alone feel karta hu. Lower middle class s hu to Padhai p hi dhyan diya taki aage chal k government job le saku or pariwar ko support kr sku.

BSc graduate hu or govt job ki preparation kr rha hu -ssc, bank vgra. Kabhi mental health p dhyan nhi diya ..kyuki esi koi baat hi ni hoti yaha. Ab bhi nahi. Padhai, fir maths k tuition deta hu or preparation krta hu...isime time chala jata h.

Kaayi salo s man bhari lagta tha. Par "Padhai krni h...aage badhna h" kehke aage chalta rha. School k baad dosto s milna bhi kam ho gaya. College to regular hota nahi tha to bas maths ki tuition dene lag gaya.

Padhai vgra thik h par emotional support bhi jaruri h...yaha aake maloom chala. Akela feel hota tha to sochta tha ki peer pressure m galti nhi krni h or isiliy 0 female interaction h. Pata nhi kis rah p chal rha hu or kyu akela hu.

23 ka hu lkin relate ni kr pata kisi bhi cheej s...lagta h jse Buddha ho gaya hu..purana ekdum. Mre hi students MRE se jyada samajdar h. Aap logo ki age k hi h WO bhi. Achi baat h Ki sab log samajdaar ho aap.

M koshish krunga aap jesa banne ki. Thank you.

Despite more life experience, I have nothing to teach you as you guys have taught me a life lesson. Perhaps things never change for me but atleast the optimism will always be there - just like you all.
