Help Determining if Approach Flight Pattern is Temporary or Permanent

Question

Hello Aviation Community,

I don't know if this is something this community could help with, but I work close to the KFNL Airport in Northern Colorado. Today we have noticed most of the planes approaching for landing are passing directly overhead. This is not common and isn't something I have seen in the almost 10 years I have worked here. We are just wondering if there is a way to determine if this is a just a temporary change to the approach pattern due to any particular cause or if this a permanent change? We love watching these jets/planes flying directly overhead. I have tried looking around at a myriad of sources, but so far nothing has indicated any change. Thanks!
