Problem with Scenarios

Hey,
I have this problem with scenarios that has been going on for a while now.
When I go into the scenarios tab, it is just blank and gives an error message in the corner. But when I click on it, it just disappears. Is there anywhere I can go to see the full error message? And does anybody know how to fix this issue?
I have run a file verification through Steam, and it found no issues.
