Need advice shame/guilt

Got sober and medicated a year ago, and memories still bother me daily.

Would like advice from people who had experienced similar.

I was misdiagnosed for depression and put on ssri medication for six months and managed to ruin every relationship and friendship I had.

Also did some really stupid things where I’ve caused trouble for other people and really hurt them.

Also embarrassed myself in ridiculous ways and it feels inhumane to just accept or let go of those memories
