How much can one charge a person working in USA as a support person?

A known guy working in USA has got a task assigned to him to create a test plan. Support work from offshore would be for a week. The requirement is to validate a new change done from the development team on few link changes for a website. How much can one charge him for this support work?I know details provided are very vague and the amount charged varies on the hours and role complexity,but just need a idea on the average amount that can be charged.
