Turning viewers into followers

I made a gaming tiktok account near the end of January of this year that includes my friends and I playing games together and usually comprising brain rot content (when I usually can put into a video.) Since then, we average around 900 - 1000 views per video and our latest one has over 1k likes and 8k views. I enjoy editing and doing content creation so I'm pretty upbeat we are doing decent numbers.

However. a thing I noticed despite doing getting a good amount of views and likes, we are not getting followers at all. Right now, we're sitting at 12 followers and 10 of those is my personal account and my friends that follow that account. I've never done content creation ever in my life and neither have most of my friends so we're kind of at a standstill on what to do to get followers. I don't know if it's because of our bio, the video's editing since I'm still pretty new into editing content, or maybe since we're still starting out it's just going to be a long process to attract people to follow us.

I'm willing to listen to any advice, recommendations, or anything at all. I'm still learning about content creation as we keep our account active and my friends and I are having fun doing so since gaming is what we mostly do together. I don't want to dream big since we are just beginning but I am hoping people on tiktok can help us grow because I do think we all have interesting personalities and we have a lot of ideas on what to play/do. I also put the profile link below if you guys want to check and see if there are ideas on what to do.
