Can an Xk3y play Original Xbox games?

After running my 360 games, I would like to try out some original Xbox games. Are they playable with an Xk3y in a similar way to the 360 games?

Also another thing related to this; I patched my 360 games with abgx360, and it turns out it is pretty easy to do so. Is there any equivalent for original Xbox games?
