Need help as a beginner

Heyy! I've decided that I want to try chastity, but I'm not really sure where to start and I have a few questions. I'm a grower and after looking around for a bit, I think a cherry keeper small would be a good option. Do you guys think that it is a beginner friendly option? and would it work for a grower or do I need to look for a different kind of cage? or would you recommend something else? Do you guys stay locked when exercising or do you take it off to go to the gym or pool or cycling etc? Also, are there any side effects or potential health issues that can come from chastity? And finally, is there a way to make sure the cage doesn't get pushed away much when getting hard? Anyways, those were my questions, answers and other tips would be greatly appreciated, thanks! :D
