some recent test results

okay so i finally seen a new OBGYN and they took my blood for labs! i am now on 1500 mg of metformin, 81 mg of aspirin, i start letrazole when my periods comes this week, prenatals and was on pepcid and prednisone. she prescribed me ovidrel that i have to pay out of pocket. anyway, i had expressed concerns of not ovulating so she tested that, among testing testosterone (which was normal) and some other things. apparently my AMH is 2.47, progesterone is 6.55, and estradiol is 118.7. i was told this is normal so i AM ovulating, which is a relief. but my question is, is why have i not conceived after almost 2 years? should my partner get his sperm checked (he is a smoker and drinks pop)? ask about endo? i've been concerned for a week so i'll also be asking my doctor when i see her for a follicle ultrasound!
