Question about an easy way to train melee and prayer (more in the body of post)

Hello, I'm looking for a "rational" way to farm melee XP and prayer. I'll be going to a difficult place for work and will not always have a good connection to play so I won't be able to fight some good enemies and perform prayer specific things (like altars, ectofuntus and such), so I'm looking for some safe monsters to kill for melee + prayer on my char. My char is also a UIM, so it might complicate things a little. I used to farm melee stats on sand crabs (got to 65 attack, 69 strength and 61 defence) and got obsidian gear (from mining and selling gold to mor ul rek vendors), rune gear and dragon defender. So I'm looking for some relatively easy monsters to kill to chill in the end of workday and get exp. The best I came up with are Giant Frogs in Lumbridge Swamp, since they drop big bones. If someone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate it. Thank you for reading my post.
