Character idea

The mutant - This character start with 3 rotten hearts and Shapeshift, an active item that triggers a permanent random effect like gaining flight, or a random stat up/down. However, there's also a chance of instantly dying after using shapeshift. Also the first time is used, is guaranteed to be a stat up, to prevent rkeying. What do you think?
