Question for Vegas Creators – Do You Prefer a Separate Space for Filming?

Hey everyone! I’m based in Las Vegas and was curious—do any of you prefer having a separate, private space to film content instead of working from home? I know some creators deal with roommate issues, distractions, or just want a dedicated setup.

I recently found myself with an extra room and was wondering if there’s a real demand for content-friendly spaces in Vegas. Would love to hear if this is something people look for, and if so, how you usually find a good setup!
