Returning to work

Me again lol. My surgery was on 2/14 so I'm almost one month post op. I work with special needs kids (how I got injured in the first place) and that job involves me being able to walk (obviously), run, and sometimes block aggressive behaviors. It seems like my job is starting to get antsy about me returning to work and I'm feeling sort of frustrated about it. I have only been applying 20% of my weight to my injured foot but I'm still not walking and mostly using my knee scooter. I don't think my job really understands the healing process of this injury! What does everyone think a realistic time would be to return to work? And when did you guys return to work after your injury (not including desk jobs)?
