Can I eat cucumber sushi from Harris Teeter?

Hi all, really wanting sushi lately and I'm aware that most people are told to avoid raw sushi or eat it only from reputable places. If I just wanted cucumber/veggie sushi, or sushi with imitation crab and not "real" sushi, can I risk getting this from Harris Teeter / a supermarket? I used to always grab sushi from here as a quick meal as it's so much quicker than the nearest sushi restaurant to us. Ugh
