Advice for tank main stuck at GM1

I've been at GM for a while and over the last three days I've been stuck at gm1. Every session I would always get the same amount of losses and wins. The losses would always be stomps while the wins are also usually stomps. What should I do to rank up? I main hulk and sometimes play strange.
