Death Wave Health, Death Wave Coins/ Spotlight Coins Lab questions

Do I just perma the Death Wave Health lab to max? It seems pretty good to be getting 25% extra heatlh per run for a couple days lab progress. I currently have it at 925%.

Is there a point where Death Wave Coins lab is better than Spotlight Coins lab? My Spotlight is way less developed than my Death Wave, both labs wise and stone wise, but the Spotlight keeps giving me more coins per run
