Broadband self install?

Currently paying €190 for broadband,1 mobile with device and 2sim only with eir.

Got email today bout price increase and I could cancel with our penalty.

In fairness the guy on the phone got it down to€85, if I signed up for 24 months.

My plan is to switch all 3 mobiles to gomo and then someone else for broadband.

Do any providers just send you the router to install yourself or do they all require a "technician" to call?
