Xreal One - Sky Sports App - ‘Your External Screen can’t be used’

Just got my Xreal Ones today. The jury is out as I’m still playing with them. Unfortunately I get the message ‘your external screen can’t be used’ with the Sky Sports app. Can anyone help? Please?
