Ppto hours

Hubby Got written up for working a 6 hr shift with no lunch and went over by a minute. Also they didn't remove his point due to him not having enough ppto to cover 2 hrs of coverage when I went in 2 hrs late which was the manager aware the reason why. They mentioned that he needed to have more than an hr that day I went in late and not submitted it the next day. 😐 these are the same as Sholes managers he has to deal with all the time.
