I HATE ST PAUL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION!!!

I don’t know what you guys think of them but here is my experience:

When I first opened my account my debit card got lost in the mail and I had to deal with this bank’s “customer service”. I called to ask where my card was and they don’t have a way to track it?? Lady said she’ll call me back after she checks something. Never got a call back. Went in person the next day and the guy who helped me told me that they expedited a card, it’ll be there 3 days later. The thing that gets me is that they didn’t even bother to tell me.

Another bad experience I had here was when I went in to endorse a check which for some reason they don’t do? Okay, that’s fine but disappointing. But then the (big) guy handed me back the check and it was COVERED in Cheeto dust fingerprints!! 😡

I absolutely DO NOT recommend using this bank. I am closing my account with them asap.
